Construction has begun on the third floor of Sagam Community Hospital, which will be called the African Institute for Health Transformation (AIHT).

After getting measurements and working with Dr. Khama Rogo to find contractors, students from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), Mr. Nicholai Go, and Mr. Timothy Duschenes, are supervising the construction of the AIHT.
