This field visit was part of a 5-day training programme by HHA as they seek to implement the same programme across Kenya. As part of their visit, they went through the patient pathway at Sagam (starting from outreaches, to the Emergency Room and then to the NCD clinic) and then took part in a plenary session with SCH staff and community health workers to learn more about how the implementation has been going.

Many thanks to Beth at AstraZeneca and Geoffrey at CHAK for bringing the participants to SCH. In addition, we would like to thank our staff that participated in receiving the team. We aim to continue strengthening our implementation for this project to ensure our communities are gaining as much as possible from the free blood pressure checks and subsidized drugs.
